TRX Ventures LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, title, uninterrupted service, and freedom from errors or defects.

No information on this site constitutes forecasting, meteorological advice, travel advice, safety advice, or professional advice of any kind. Reliance on any information on this site is strictly at your own risk.

2. Historical Averages Are NOT a Weather Forecast

Specifically:

• Our temperature, precipitation, sunshine, humidity, and wind data represent 30-year averages (1994–2024) computed from historical observations
• Past weather does not predict future weather for any specific date or period
• Climate change is causing weather patterns to shift, making historical averages increasingly less representative of current conditions in many regions
• Individual years, months, and days can and do deviate significantly from long-term averages
• Extreme weather events (heatwaves, storms, floods, droughts, cold snaps) are not predictable from historical averages

For actual weather forecasts, consult:

• Your national weather service (e.g., National Weather Service in the US, Met Office in the UK, Deutscher Wetterdienst in Germany)
• The Open-Meteo Forecast API at open-meteo.com
• Commercial forecasting services

Historical averages are useful for general trip planning and understanding typical seasonal patterns. They are not suitable for any safety-critical or time-critical decision.

3. Data Sources and Known Limitations

Weather data is derived from the Open-Meteo Historical Weather API, which in turn sources from the ECMWF ERA5 reanalysis dataset. While ERA5 is one of the most comprehensive global climate datasets available, it has known limitations:

• Grid-based reanalysis may not accurately represent highly localized microclimates (valleys, urban heat islands, coastal effects, mountain slopes)
• Interpolation between grid points can introduce errors, especially in regions with complex terrain
• Historical observations in some regions (particularly developing countries, polar regions, and ocean areas) are sparser, reducing local accuracy
• Data processing, averaging, and display on CityWeather365 may introduce additional rounding or computational errors
• Translation of coordinates to city names via GeoNames may occasionally misassign weather data to incorrect locations for small or remote settlements

City coordinates, population, and metadata come from GeoNames. Inaccuracies in GeoNames data will propagate to CityWeather365.

4. Assumption of Risk

By using CityWeather365, you expressly assume all risks arising from your use of the site and any information obtained from it. You acknowledge that the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of weather information cannot be guaranteed, and that weather conditions at any specific location and time may differ substantially from historical averages.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRX Ventures LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including without limitation damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, travel costs, or any other loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, CityWeather365. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and regardless of whether TRX Ventures LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the total aggregate liability of TRX Ventures LLC to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this site shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CityWeather365 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any national weather service, the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), the Copernicus Climate Change Service, Open-Meteo, GeoNames, any government, government agency, tourism board, or any other entity referenced on this site. All country names, city names, weather service names, and associated trademarks or service marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

TRX Ventures LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, availability, or legal compliance of any external website. 10. Force Majeure

TRX Ventures LLC is not liable for any failure to perform, service interruption, data inaccuracy, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, cyber attacks, failure of third-party data providers, internet service outages, power failures, or any other force majeure event.

11. Advertising

CityWeather365 displays advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements are selected and served by third-party advertising networks and are not endorsed, reviewed, or verified by TRX Ventures LLC. TRX Ventures LLC is not responsible for any products, services, claims, or content presented in third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

12. Not Directed at Children

CityWeather365 is not directed at, intended for, or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this site or provide any information to us. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us at contact@cityweather365.com and we will take prompt action.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Disclaimer, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TRX Ventures LLC regarding your use of CityWeather365 and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
